Thermo heating systems are electric, replacing gas systems can require electrical upgrades and are subject to area capacity from the local utility. Large gas boiler systems can be replaced with gas turbines for agricultural applications where crop production requires CO2 supply. Renewable generation augmentation options apply for fuel switching scenarios to further reduce GHG emissions for sites utilizing Thermo heating systems.
